Dear Sir/Madam,
Hope this message finds you well and loving life.
I just used your kit to rebuild my M-2996S Carter fuel pump. Beautiful! Starts up first go. No more cranking the engine to get the fuel up. My S Series Valiants (drive car, project car and 318 V8 convertible dream car) are my passion and I wanted to keep my engine original in my drive car. No after market pumps for me. Now I can. You guys are brilliant.
Thank you very much and keep up the good work.
Cheers.

Mike,
I wanted to let you know what I found on my fuel problem on my Riviera. I drove “The Beast” for about a 20 mile trip down the interstate and back to the house. I raised the 100 pound hood and placed my big shop fan in front of the car and “Fast Cooled” her down for about an hour. I closed the hood and went inside for the evening. I got up this morning and went out there, got in, patted the accelerator about 3 times, hit the starter, and she fired right up. Mike, you are simply amazing. Apparently the fuel is evaporating from the bowl like you said.
Thanks for your time.

Good Afternoon Lisa,
I can't thank you enough for taking the time to tour my Dad (Marshall Johnson) and myself around your shop. What a treat considering we were not expecting to see so much. What an amazing operation you have.
Attached are some pictures of Dad's 1932 Chevy.
Thank you so much and continued success.

I have just finished reading your story in Hemming's and I just had to say thank you ! It stated that the parts you need to have manufactured are all made here in the United States---BLESS YOU!! It's rare anymore for any company-large or small- to make that statement and when a business makes that commitment I feel they should be congratulated and commened. If more people would realize that cheap isn't always the right price this country would be in a better place for workers and owners.
Again thank you and I wish all the best for you and Then and Now.
Have a great day, Paul G.

Hi Lisa
I wanted to thank you for the fuel pump rebuild kit and great service. Not common enough is a company like yours, that treats a customer, like a customer. All the correspondence was prompt and informative, the time from inquiry to reception was quick and the kit was awesome, more then I bargained for. Please, don't change a thing.
Thank you again,
Ken Wallgren

Subject: English AC fuel pump rebuild
I just received my English Ford AC fuel pump back from you and I had to write to say how impressed I am with the quality of your work. The pump looks better than brand new. Looking forward to getting the engine back in running condition.
Thanks again,

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your fuel pump rebuild services. It's hard to find folks who care about attention to detail these days, coupled with a willingness to make things right. You do both! The work you did on my AC fuel pump is beyond compare...thank you!

For Tom Hannaford:
I wanted to take this opportunity to inform you of the absolutely incredible assistance provided to me over the past several weeks with one of your employees. I only know him by his first name which is Mike. He has assisted me with immediately responding to my emails (days, evenings, weekends) on the many questions I had while rebuilding my 60 year old dual action fuel/vacuum pump with one of your kits. I had never done this before and I'm not much of a mechanic either. But with Mike's help, patience and in-depth knowledge of these things, I'm now a semi-pro. Ha.

Anyway, I don't know how long Mike has been working for you, but in case you don't already know, he is certainly a big asset to your company if his customer service to me is the way he does things day-to-day. Probably time to give him a raise, or at least give him an indication of a job well done with your customers.
Hope to do business with your company again and also would be a pleasure dealing with Mike for any assistance I might require.

Mike,
Thanks for the obviously fine work you did on the UC-135B's fuel pump. The renewed fuel pump is now installed and everything is working AOK - no leaks! I attached a picture of it for you - the cleanest thing on the engine is that fuel pump!
Thanks again for the fine work - will be keeping you in mind for future projects!

Mike:
I owe you one! Really appreciate you doing this for me. Your name will be put in lights at every rally I/we attend.
The fuel pump you recently completed went into a 1953 M38A1. She is "complete" and will make her 1st rally this month. The one I have sent you today is out of a 1955 M38A1 (F-head) and was not working when removed, I used an electric pump to check the engine.
Thank you again!
Roy.

Hi, Just wanted to drop a quick thank you note for the service you have given me.
I sent in an old bronze fuel pump last spring. It came back looking like new. I have sent it back for servicing since and am amazed at how quickly it back. Across the country, repaired, back across the country in less than a week.
I wish everyone had the work ethic you live by.
Thanks again.

Hi Mike
Just to let you know that the repair kit arrived safe and sound this morning. Excellent. Thank you for the time and trouble you took to meet my requirements and congratulations on running a first class service. The kit you provide is far superior to anything available in the UK.
Best regards
John (AC Type UG Fuel Pump)
