ADRA Awards Banquet
12th Annual AGM & Banquet

What a way to end off a great year of drag racing. Over 130 people
made their way to Brackley Beach, PEI to celebrate the 2009
racing season. North Winds Inns & Suites played host to our
12th annual AGM & Banquet, and as always Murray and the staff
did one heck of a job.

Well to start things off, we the ADRA executive would like to thank
all the members for their great support. If it wasn't for you guys, this association wouldn't be around today. So THANK YOU!!

Secondly, is our tremendous sponsors, without these great people we wouldn't continue to grow year after year. It was also great to see
a majority of them attend the banquet and help out in the presenting
of the awards. Again, a big THANK YOU to all our sponsors.

OK, lets begin. At the start of the 2009 season a gentleman was asked if he would consider being the voice of the ADRA. His response, lets do it. Well this move proved to be one of the best in the 12 years of the ADRA. If you attended any of our events, you heard the voice of Mr. Jeff Rhodenizer. When Jeff wasn't talking up our sponsors, giving the basics of bracket racing or giving updates of the previous races, he was fixing computer
problems or doing the ladders by hand. For this, we the ADRA presented the Above and Beyond Award to: Mr. Jeff Rhodenizer

Once we put Jeff back to work, his first order of business was to
introduce Mr. Bill Clarke from Trans World Bolts. Bill was on hand
to award a bolt bin, valued at $500.00 to one lucky member who had
attended our 12th AGM.
Your winner was Mr. Jason MacNeil!!!

Trans World Bolts came on board this year with a great
contingency program for all ADRA race winners. After
talking with Bill, Trans World Bolts will be back on board
for the 2010 season. Thanks Bill !!!!
